Traffic on Second Street will be one way northbound only through the construction zone from Chestnut to Elm. The 4900 blocks of Palmetto and Beech will be closed at Second St. To access the 4800 block of Palmetto, use First St. or northbound only at Second St. Use Chestnut to Second St. to enter the 4800 block of Beech, and Second St. to Palmetto or Elm to exit.
